T&C Auctions is the new name of the already popular Hazy-Maes Auctions.
Our auction was established in 2003 and has grown from strength to strength ever since.
We offer a two weekly auction of house clearance and our rapidly growing Antiques and collectables section.

Buying at auction with us is easy. We hold our live auctions every two weeks where you can bid in the room or online via Easy live auction.com. We also hold a timed auction which is online only.
Our auctions are both general house clearance and Antiques and collectables.
All goods are sold at price +20%
Online fees apply .

Selling with us is at auction is very easy too.
Once you have registered with us to get your customer number we will enter your goods into lots as we feel appropriate and sell them either under the hammer in the live auction or via our timed auction.
We currently charge £1.75 loting fee and 15% commission.

We can offer full or part house clearances at a very competitive rate.
